RESEARCH &
DEVELOPMENT
We take every step possible to show great care to the people involved in making our garments. And we show the same attention towards our environment. It’s about the whole journey for us. From where we source our fabrics, how and where our manufacture happens, and who we work with. Our R&D team keeps track of the market’s needs and fashion trends, sourcing and developing the latest fabrics, materials, trims & washing techniques. Our technical support teams ensure that samples are created and developed according to customers’ requirements.
SOURCING & MERCHANDISING
Generally, sourcing technique is subject to the search of the lowest possible manufacturing costs. Unfortunately, this is often at the cost of the employees in the factories. Poor working conditions and low wages are the results of brands, retailers and also consumers looking for the cheapest prices. We consciously source high-quality apparel from our network of factories. Our merchandising and quality management team visit the factory frequently to ensure the quality of raw materials. We work with factories that share our principles of transparency and fairness in the workplace.
PRODUCTION &
PLANNING
Our experienced production and planning teams are able to manufacture small or large quantities of high-quality products that best fit our customer’s price specification. We provide our customers with the most suitable factories depending on their product specification and quantity. Our production planning and control team follow a time and action plan to execute every order & ensure on-time delivery.
QUALITY
CONTROL
We know that quality is of the utmost importance to our clients. At each stage of the production, our professional teams of merchandisers, technicians and quality assurance monitor the process. A final inspection is made to ensure that the quality of the product has fulfilled all the requirements of the customer.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Our highly professional logistics department has extensive experience of handling transportation logistics and knowledge of the documentation necessary to ensure a hassle-free customs clearance for timely delivery.
